Beverlywood
is a unique enclave of homes, mostly custom built in
the 1950’s and governed by a homeowners association
made up of caring and committed homeowners. The area
is comprised of approximately 1,000 single family homes.
Beverlywood is located just south of Beverly Hills,
south of Pico, west of Robertson, east of the Hillcrest
Country Club. Many of the streets are heavily treelined
and windy. Some of the streets including Canfield, Guthrie,
Oakmore and Duxbury have city views. Other streets west
of Beverwill overlook the golf course and even front
the Hillcrest Country Club green.
