Mooney, Associate Manager of Coldwell Banker Beverly
Hills North office, has extensive experience in the

development projects, as well as re-sales. Kris recently
graduated from the Anderson School of Management at
UCLA's Executive Program. Having previously worked in
the entertainment field, she has developed a broad base
of industry clientele.
Debra Ziven has a Bachelors Degree in
Economics and has attended law school at De Paul University
in Chicago. She has a strong background in real estate investment
as well as vast knowledge and experience in real estate development.
Debra was a Broker in Wisconsin before relocating to Los Angeles
in 1986. She speaks fluent Spanish.
