square miles and has approximately 35,000 residents. A world-class
city by any standards, Beverly Hills is home to many entertainment
celebrities and business executives and to the most exclusive
designer shops, luxury hotels and premier restaurants.
The Film industry has played a major role
in the development of Beverly Hills since the early 1900s
when motion picture stars built many of the citys major
residents, including Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickfords
Pickfair, Rudolph Valentinos Falcon
Lair, and Harold Lloyds Green Acres.
Beverly Hills maintains a sophistication equal to that of
the worlds greats cities, yet still retains the feeling
of a small town.
Just west of Beverly Hills lie Holmby
Hills and Bel Air, two major estate areas serviced by Coldwell
Banker Beverly Hills North office. The agents in this office
serve more areas than any other office in the company. It
is very common for sales to be consummated in areas as diverse
as the Sunset Strip and the Malibu shore, some sixty miles
